Is the free tier really free?
Yes. No card, no trial expiry, no “limited preview” trick. Up to 5 top-level folders (10 total, 3 levels deep), 5 prompts with variables, keyword search across every chat from every supported AI, and JSON export + import — all free forever.
What does Pro give me?
It lifts the free-tier caps: unlimited folders, unlimited prompts. Plus Markdown export (folders as headings, prompts as fenced code blocks) and automatic local backups to your Downloads folder on the cadence you pick (daily / weekly / monthly).
Does Pro use servers?
No. Pro is enforced by a Lemon Squeezy license key that activates locally — we contact Lemon Squeezy to validate the key, but no chat data, folders, or prompts ever leave your browser. There is no AI Prompt Dock account, no AI Prompt Dock backend, and nothing to opt out of.
Will free features stay free?
Yes. We commit to keeping the current free-tier features free for life on this plan. New features may be Pro-only, but the existing free-tier caps (which we may raise, never lower) and the JSON export/import path will keep working.
Refund policy?
No-questions-asked refunds within 14 days. Email us; you don't need to justify it.
How does the license work across devices?
Lemon Squeezy lets you activate the same license on multiple machines (the limit's configured in our store; the standard indie plan allows 3 activations). Activate from the popup on each browser — that's it.
Do you have a team plan?
Not yet. We'll add team features (shared prompt libraries) once consumer adoption validates demand. Email if your team would buy it tomorrow — that signal helps us prioritize.
